Highlights
Homepage Views
The Dispatch V2 home page has 3 ways of seeing the active tow requests
Table View - This is an updated version of the original Dispatch homepage, with the table of alerts sitting above the table of active tows.
Map View - This new view allows a dispatcher to see all active tows on a map
Hybrid View - This new view allows a dispatcher to see alerts, active tows, a map view, and a quick view of the active tow details of one tow, all on one screen. From the quick view of the tow details, the dispatcher can also edit the tow.
Active Tow Search
Dispatch V2 includes a convenient search bar throughout the application allowing users to search for an active tow using the following: tow number, driver name, tow location, vehicle make, vehicle color.
Dedicated Alerts Page
Dispatch V2 includes a dedicated page for all active alerts (both agency chat alerts and time/status alerts). This page will allow Partner Support team members to have a focused view on the requests that require attention.
Pinned Tows
Dispatch V2 allows users to ‘pin’ tows to the side navigation panel, replacing the old tab structure. This gives users the ability to quickly navigate back to a tow that they pinned for further action. Pinning a tow is as easy as clicking the pin icon on a tow request.
